Employee of the Month ~ February 2011

As promised, we have the big announcement of who the Employees of the Month from Casa Rebeca and from Casa Ana-Nadia are for the month of February. From Casa Rebeca, Erzsebet Ratiu aka “Mama Erzsike” who is the cook was chosen as the stand-out employee. From Casa Ana-Nadia, Cristina Bucur, who is a mom, was selected by her colleagues as the best employee for the month.

Mama Erzsike’s fellow employees nominated her because she is kind, understanding, an exceptional cook, flexible, dynamic, creative, hopeful, loving, affectionate, optimistic, giving, punctual, organized, she proves her collegiality and professionalism, she has initiative, she has love for the kids and her fellow colleagues, she is a real mom to the kids, she is a professional in the culinary art, she has a lot of patience, she loves the kids very much, she is a cook and a mom with a lot of experience, she is a perfect mom, she loves the kids, and she gives them useful advice, she is a wise colleague, and she is easy to collaborate with.

Mama Cristina’s fellow employees nominated her because she is hard-working, very conscientious, she occupies her time to help the children with their education, she is a very good colleague, extremely hard-working, firm in educating the kids, flexible, happy, she is implicated in all of the activities in the house, she treats all of the children the same, she always completes the necessary paperwork, she always does a good job, she’s always available to help whenever someone asks, she knows the kids very well and she knows how to treat them each as individuals, and she is very friendly.

Thank you Erzsike and Cristina for your outstanding and sacrificial service and dedication to the kids and the ministry of Fundatia LOC. We are so thankful for your commitment to your jobs and to performing each of your tasks at a superior level.

Please continue to pray for the entire staff of Casa Rebeca and Casa Ana-Nadia as they work together to raise 21 teenagers to become independent, Godly men and women. Stay tuned next month to hear more about our phenomenal house staff!
