Our goal is to provide a unique opportunity to bond more closely as a team as well as share ideas about how to better help our kids. We will be creating and updating each of the children's 5 year plans, which will help provide more clear direction for all of the kids in the future. Our mission as a staff is to parent, support, train, mentor and nuture these teenagers into interdependent young adults who love the Lord, believe in themselves, and have a desire to give back to their community.
Please pray that as a staff we would become even more united in our desire to change the lives of "our children." Please pray that we would be able to use our time wisely, be focused and creative in how to help them shape their futures, and do the will of the Lord every step of the way. Please pray daily for clarity, wisdom, compassion and discernment for each of these staff who love the children of Livada.
