Employee of the Month ~ March 2011

Once again, it’s time to announce who were the Employees of the Month for March 2011. From Casa Ana-Nadia, Bartha Magda aka “Mama Magda”, who is a mom, was selected by her colleagues as the best employee for the month.  From Casa Rebeca, Corman Dina aka “Mama Dina” who is one of the four moms at Casa Rebaca was chosen as the stand-out employee by her fellow colleagues.

 Mama Magda’s fellow employees nominated her because she is very hard-working, she spends time with the kids, she is a good example for the kids and for her fellow staff, she is friendly, she is a good mom, she really takes care of the house and of the kids, she is very positive, she truly loves the kids, she is a very giving and sacrificial person, she overs good advice to the kids, she treat everybody fairly and with the same respect, she makes the kids feel accepted and loved, she is very hospitable, she interacts very well with all of the kids and staff, she loves her job, she is helpful, she is loving, she is always willing to go above and beyond what is asked of her, she has a positive, Christian influence on others.

Mama Dina’s fellow employees nominated her because she loves God and you can see this in her, she loves the kids very much, she has the heart of a real mom, she completes all of her tasks at work, she respects the kids and her fellow colleagues, you can count on her when you need to, she is a correct person, she is punctual, she is hard-working, she is giving, she shows love to the kids, she gets along well with the kids and employees, she is a mom who loves the kids and gets along well with all of them, she does her job well in the house and wherever else there is a need for her to help, she is a good listener and she offers good advice, she is sweet with the kids, she is always willing to help, she loves working with the kids, she is kind, she treats all of the kids fairly and makes no differences between them, she is willing to go above and beyond what is requested of her, she knows the kids very well and she knows how to treat them each as individuals, she has a lot of patience, she is very friendly, she loves the kids and gives them useful advice, and she always helps the kids with their chores and responsibilities in the house.

Thank you Magda and Dina for your love, sacrifice, and daily effort  to the kids and the ministry of Fundatia LOC. We are so thankful for your commitment to your jobs and to performing each of your tasks at an outstanding level.

Please continue to pray for the entire staff of Casa Ana-Nadia and Casa Rebeca as they work daily to raise 21 children and teens in a loving, Christian, family environment. Pray for wisdom, discernment, grace, and discipline as we work towards a common goal of raising independent, Christian men and woman.
