Over the last month all three Ionas sisters, Krisztina, Emese and Eniko have celebrated their birthdays at Casa Rebeca. On April 14th, Krisztina turned 16 years old. The Fairthorne family, one of her sponsor families, was in town visiting and got to be a part of the celebration!This year Krisztina wanted a black NorthFace backpack as her gift. She aslo recieved some pretty clothes and jewelry. She had a great time!
Emese turned 15 years old a week later, on April 20th. Tom, Giselle and Tim Fairthorne were there to be a part of the festivities as well. This year Ema asked for an MP3 player and hasn't stopped listening to it! She loves it! She also loved getting paper and tools to make her own hand-made cards, something she and a few of the other girls began as a little business and hobby. Ema really enjoyed her birthday this year.
Last weekend Eniko turned 18 years old! She is in high school and loves to visit with her friends. This year Eniko decided to have a party at our Livada office so that she could invite all of her friends, as well as her sisters. They played games, listened to music and enjoyed cake and sandwiches. She planned it, organized it, and enjoyed every bit of it!
